My Packages
I’ve divided my services into 3 packages to help you at different stages of your event planning journey. Scroll down to find out how you can work with me and make your event music truly special.
Overture Package
This consultation-only package is perfect if you need my help getting started. Get expert advice and pick my brains on how to achieve your goals with live music at your wedding or event.
COST: £60
There’s no further spending requirement, but this is most suited to clients with a budget of at least £500 to spend on musicians. £60 credit towards the Sonata or Symphony Package is included.
This package includes...
A 30-minute video call with me, going over all of your ideas and event plans so far, benefitting from my 10+ years of experience working in the music industry, my expert knowledge, and my creative flare for turning vague ideas into something that works!
My expert advice on how best to achieve any special song requests with various line-ups and instruments
Discussion with your venue about any specific practical requirements for live music
A personal event music proposal full of tips and advice specific to your event.
Where available, I’ll also include some recommendations for musicians you may choose to book through Tailor Made Music Agency.
How does it work?
Simply click the Book Now button and select a time for your video call.
Before the call, I’ll email you a questionnaire to complete, giving me all the details about your wedding or event.
After the call, I’ll send you your personal event music proposal and any musician recommendations.
You might choose to go away and book your musicians independently, armed with the information I have given you.
There’s no pressure, but if you choose to book through Tailor Made Music Agency, you’ll receive £60 credit towards the Sonata or Symphony Package.
Sonata Package
If you already know what you want and are ready to get your wedding or event music booked, this package is for you!
Available in London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Surrey. Choose from strings or jazz (solo, duo, trio or quartet), solo harp, flute and harp, flute and string trio, solo saxophone or solo classical piano.
COST: £180
Plus a budget of between £500 and £1,500 to spend on musicians. The final cost will depend on your requirements and will be confirmed before you’re committed.

My comprehensive booking management service - every detail looked after by me to ensure minimum stress for you!
A soloist or ensemble from amongst Tailor Made Music Agency’s signature artists, all of whom have been handpicked by me from amongst the UK’s finest professional classical and jazz musicians
Live music for one or two parts of your wedding day (ceremony, drinks reception and/or wedding breakfast) or up to 3 hours (inclusive of breaks) to entertain your guests and create lasting memories
A secure contract for peace of mind, plus my help to mediate should anything unavoidable go wrong (e.g. a global pandemic!)
The option to request a bespoke song arrangement from your chosen soloist or ensemble
My personal assistance in finalising your song choices, including a video call 6 weeks before the wedding or event
All technical aspects managed, including liaison with the venue, saving you from worrying about any of the boring stuff!
How does it work?

I’ll get back to you by email within one working day and start putting together quotes for you. I’ll follow up recommending musicians selected to meet your requirements.
Once you’ve chosen from the recommendations and quotes provided, I’ll send you a contract to secure your musicians.
There’s no commitment to book or payment due until you’ve signed your contract. There’s no pressure to go ahead in the unlikely event my musicians aren’t a good fit for you.
Symphony Package
If you want to go all out, with extra customisation to create a unique soundtrack for your event, this package is for you!
Available anywhere in the UK. Choose any line-up of classical or jazz instrumentalists or singers.
Cost: £250
Plus a budget of £1,000 minimum to spend on musicians. The final cost will depend on your requirements and will be confirmed before you’re committed.

Up to two different line-ups across different dates and venues for a multi-day and/or multi-location celebration
Live music for three or more parts of your wedding day (ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast, evening reception and/or other), or an event of any length, completely tailored to your requirements
A secure contract for peace of mind, plus my help to mediate should anything unavoidable go wrong (e.g. a global pandemic!)
Up to 3 songs arranged especially for you, with the option to hear a rough recording in advance of the event
My personal assistance in finalising your song choices, including a video call 6 weeks before the wedding or event
All technical aspects managed, including liaison with the venue, saving you from worrying about any of the boring stuff!

My Promise to You
No hard selling. I will be honest if I don’t think I can offer what you’re looking for. I may even be able to make suggestions about where else you can look.
Fair pricing. Each artist has a fixed fee structure – they don’t change the price for different customers (this can often happen if you book musicians directly!) Unlike other agencies, I don’t charge commission. I will only recommend what’s right for you as I have no vested interest in pushing you to book the most expensive option.
Quality assured. All my artists are of the highest professional quality. With my expertise and contacts, I have built a network of excellent artists who will entertain even the most discerning guests!
Terms and Conditions
This is a summary of my standard Terms and Conditions for booking Tailor Made Music Agency artists, provided for guidance only. These are subject to change and will be superseded by the more detailed Terms and Conditions in your contract, should you make a booking.
Contracts are between you and the Artist and issued on their behalf by the Agent.
Once the contract has been issued, you and the Artist each have 2 working days to review it, before the booking is confirmed.
A cancellation policy is in place to protect both you and the Artist. In the event you need to cancel the booking there is a sliding scale of cancellation fees. This can be up to 100% of the balance if you cancel less than 60 days before the Event Date. This protects the Artist against lost income and the loss of other potential work.
In the unlikely event the Artist is unable to perform, the Agent is committed to finding you a suitable replacement at no extra cost to you.
A Force Majeure clause is in place to protect you against certain unforeseen circumstances. During the Covid-19 crisis I worked with clients individually to find alternative arrangements that were fair to both them and the Artists, including arranging postponements in most cases.
A Booking Fee is payable upfront by you to Tailor Made Music Agency. In most circumstances this is non-refundable. The balance is payable directly to the Artist by the day of the event.
I’ll work with you to make sure all the Artist’s technical requirements are covered before you go ahead with a booking. These are all detailed on the contract and I’m happy to help with anything you’re not sure about.
Performing outdoors is at the Artist’s discretion, as they need to protect their valuable instruments from the elements. If you request an outdoor performance, I'll discuss this with you in advance and make sure there are contingency plans in place for various weather conditions.
The contract doesn’t usually allow for recording or filming the Artist’s performance. Any recording should be discussed and agreed in advance (including wedding videos).
The Artist is subject to a detailed code of conduct to ensure their performance and professional conduct is of the high standard you expect for your event!
